Dan Bailey is our pick as the Cowboy's sleeper player. Yes, it's possible for a Dallas Cowboy to fly under the radar a bit and Bailey has done just that. Bailey connected on 29 of 31 FGs last year, 10 of which were over 40 yards. In 2011 he converted 32 of 37 attempts with 16 made FGs over 40 yards. He finished as a top 10 fantasy kicker 2 years in a row, but isn't cracking the top 10 kickers in Average Draft Position in all leagues. If you are waiting till one of the later picks to take your kicker, you're in luck, because Bailey offers good value.
