J.J. McCarthy Among the 813 quarterbacks who have attempted 150 passes in a season since 2005, McCarthy’s completion percentage (54.1 percent) ranks 771st. His EPA per drop back ranks 807th out of 813. In short, he's been historically terrible for Minnesota. Even worse, this is a quarterback who essentially sat out a year to learn behind Sam Darnold. At this point, it's fair to wonder if Minnesota really does have their future quarterback on the roster. His ADP and ranking are free-falling with no bottom in sight.
